A bright(ish) day turned damp with very low cloud as we arrived at Hathersage. By mid day the cloud lifted and the sun came out enabling us to have a pleasant lunch overlooking Chatsworth Hall. With time running out, a mad dash back to Hathersage was necessary to catch the return train.
